Each piece is made to order. You can expect your items to arrive approximately 3 weeks from the date of your purchase.

  • Dusting: Use a feather duster to gently remove dust from the canvas and frame.
  • Avoid Household Cleaners: Do not use household cleaning products, as they can harm the canvas and frame finish.
  • White Frames: If you notice any smudges or grime marks on your white frames these can be easily removed. To do this, gently scrub the area with a household foam magic eraser (amazon search "magic eraser") lightly dampened with water. Use the soft foam side. Then, dry with a soft white cloth.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your order, please email us at sales@stylegrain.com within 24 hours of placing it. Please provide us with your order number and reason for the cancellation or adjustment and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All of our art prints are made to order by hand, ensuring the highest quality and care. As a result, we do not accept returns. Each piece includes color accurate and detailed high-resolution photos, product descriptions, room views, and measurements to help you make an informed decision. We take great care in packing our art, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, you have 7 days from the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking information) to report it. To report damage, email us at sales@stylegrain.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging, including any visible damage to the box

We recommend that the pieces be hung in the orientation as shown because this is what the original artist intended. Also, the D-Rings on the back will be installed in the preferred mounting orientation as shown on our website.

This is a personal preference but as a general rule of thumb, mounting 5'-0" off the floor to the centerline of the art is industry standard and looks great. If you are unsure of the height, you can also use blue painters tape to mark your wall prior to hanging the art.

At this time, Stylegrain does not have a physical store. All of our products are exclusively available online.

Each piece includes preinstalled hanging hardware. Large and medium sizes come with D-Rings. Small sizes use hanging wire. Please note that hooks and nails are not included.

Currently, we do not offer custom sizes and only offer the sizes as shown.
